• After completing your purchase, you will receive an email containing your eSIM QR code 
  within 15–30 minutes. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
• Delivery is available 24/7, including weekends and holidays.
• If you have not received your QR code within 24 hours, please contact our support team 
  at Kovitel@comniversal.com with your order number and we will resend it promptly.
